Terms of Service
Effective July 23, 2026
1. Scope
These Terms govern access to Proledger websites, digital resources, production packages, and agreed services.
2. Orders and service scope
Each order is limited to the deliverables, production capacity, revisions, schedule, and usage rights stated at checkout, in a project brief, or in a written agreement.
3. Customer materials
Customers must have the necessary rights and permissions for all scripts, images, voices, likenesses, trademarks, and other materials supplied for production.
4. Acceptable use
Services may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, impersonation-based, or unauthorized content.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership and commercial-use rights for deliverables depend on the selected package and any applicable third-party license restrictions.
6. Limitation
AI-assisted output may require human review. Customers are responsible for final factual, legal, regulatory, and brand approval.
