Digital Delivery Policy
Effective July 23, 2026
1. How deliverables are provided
Completed video, audio, and related production files are delivered digitally through a download link, shared folder, or project dashboard associated with your order. No physical media is shipped.
2. Delivery timelines
Estimated turnaround times are provided at checkout or in your project brief and depend on the package purchased and current production load. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, unless a specific delivery date is confirmed in writing.
3. File formats
Deliverables are provided in standard formats appropriate to the package purchased (e.g., MP4 video). Specific resolution, format, or codec requirements should be confirmed before production begins.
4. Revisions
The number of included revision rounds is defined by the package purchased. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may require additional Render Credits or fees.
5. Access to delivered files
Download links or dashboard access to delivered files remain available for a limited period after delivery, as stated in your order confirmation. We recommend downloading and backing up your files promptly after delivery.
6. Failure to deliver
If Proledger fails to deliver a project within a materially unreasonable time beyond the estimated timeline, you may request a status update, revised timeline, or refund under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
